INITIAL INSTALLATION

MIGRATION

The most common scenario in a company is the migration, because many telephone systems can no longer cover the demand or are economically unprofitable. Old telephone systems can hardly be serviced because the technology is outdated and repairs are expensive. Furthermore, many systems are not equipped for the future: after Swisscom has switched off the analogue network, they simply no longer function.

Regardless of whether you need a new telephone system for technical or business reasons, the conversion should be well planned. After all, there is hardly anything more annoying than when no one can make a phone call on the due date.

We therefore offer you the possibility of gentle migrations. Be it by extending the existing telephone system or a complete switchover. The Starface PBXs support a large number of interfaces and therefore allow the old lines to continue to be used until ALL-IP has been switched over completely.

Furthermore, the Starface PBXs always allow you to migrate to a larger model: the licenses and settings are simply transferred to the new, larger PBX without additional effort and without additional costs. This saves time and money and offers you a high degree of flexibility in the selection of the system. 

 

 

INTEGRATION

In contrast to conventional systems, Starface PBXs can be expanded and integrated almost at will. Thanks to the UCI interface, there are already numerous connections to frequently used systems such as
