Browser extensions for PassSecurium™
A password manager browser extension has an undeniable advantage over password managers built into browsers. This is that your passwords are not stored in several different browsers, but in a single, highly secure vault. The more places you store sensitive or secret information, the more likely it is to leak. Browsers are not as protected as password managers, which are designed specifically to store your credentials and other sensitive data securely.
Using the PassSecurium™ Browser extension, you can autofill login forms on websites, save new credentials, edit previously saved ones, etc.
Our password manager is designed to give a user an additional protection level while working in browser. There is the WEB folder which is allotted to store items solely intended for form autofilling in browsers. The passwords and other types of records stored outside the WEB folder can’t be accessed through the browser extension. This helps to separate sensitive passwords and minimize risks in case of any attack on your browser.
Business subscriptions allow users with the Manager role to share password records with permission to use them in the browser extension without storing them in the WEB folders of users whom these passwords are shared with.
We offer our users PassSecurium™ Browser extension for the following browsers:
Opera: if you use full-fledged user version of Opera Browser, it might take some time to access or update our browser extension due to the long process of extension check and publication on Opera addons, so that we recommend you to install PassSecurium™ browser extension through the Chrome store to have the latest version timely. Just follow this two-step instruction:
- You need to add the Install Chrome Extensions addon for Opera Browser.
- After that, you can freely go to the PassSecurium™ extension page in Chrome Web Store (through your Opera Browser) and add it as your Opera addon.
Our development team is doing their best to improve the user experience and increase the security of our customers. PassSecurium™ password manager is developed and hosted in Switzerland, it meets strict requirements and data protection regulations for your peace of mind!
