Almost a year ago, on February 2, 2021, Atlassian stopped selling Jira Server licenses. From February 15, 2022 they will provide only security bug fixes for critical vulnerabilities for server editions of their products. Since that date, there also will be impossible to change user tiers for Server products as well as move from the Start to full license. The only possible solution to perform these upgrades is to switch to Cloud or Data Center.
In accordance with the Atlassian policies, we also stopped selling JIRA2SAP licenses for Jira Software Server, but we’ll be maintaining all already acquired licenses. Atlassian will completely stop Server products support on February 2, 2024, and recommends considering of migration to Cloud / Data Center before the termination date.

The JIRA2SAP connector is perfectly compatible with Jira Cloud or Data Center editions. We’ll provide full free support of JIRA2SAP reconfiguration in case of the migration from Jira Server to Cloud / Data Center for our customers with the Enterprise Support license, and we also can offer JIRA2SAP reconfiguration services under the terms of T&M contract for the other customers.
Reconfiguration of the JIRA2SAP connector will go smoothly for Jira migration from Server to Data Center, but in case of Server-Cloud migration, additional analysis and development might be needed.
